A Brief Overview of Linda I. Pollock, Associate Broker
After successfully selling real estate for 20 years, I have obtained some very unique negotiating skills along with my pure excitement and love for real estate and all it entails.
My background has been in Business Ownership and Home Building. I have had real estate sales training under some of the best "master negotiators" such as Tom Hopkins, Brian Tracy, Tony Robbins,Zig Zigler and Rapport Negotiators to name a few. What this means to you is that whether you're buying or selling, my negotiating skills and real estate training are at their best to help you get what you want!
Along with holding a "Brokers License" I was a co-partner in a luxury home building and remodeling business. Through this extensive involvement, I know a great deal about what goes into a home to make it sell and for my buyers - what may be in a home that they should consider carefully before purchasing. Personally, I like to give my buyers plenty of time to make a decision.
When you get to know me, you'll find I have a great sense of humor and I like to enjoy every minute of what I am doing,and more importanty-I like for you to enjoy the home buying process as well! I am very detailed in my real estate transactions. This has always been to my buyer's or seller's advantage. I do my very best to make your real estate experience enjoyable because it is one of the most important purchases you will make and I feel priviledged to be a part of it and make it happen!
Also, I am blessed to have a wonderful family who all live here in Arizona except for my son in California that I love to visit, especially when it involves being around the ocean.
My two sisters and my parents live close enough to get together often. My husband and I love spoiling our dog Sydney Pollock (a blue tick, pointer/queensland mix).
