Last August my husband and I decided to sell our home we had lived in for 3 years. We didn't know what agency to use as we had relocated to Phoenix with a job transfer.  We got a flyer in the mail from Linda Pollock & several other real estate agents asking for our business.  We decided to have (3) agents come to our home and give us a market analysis.  Luckily for us we decided to go with Linda because she expressed a true interest in our home and we felt she was totally honest and would give us top-notch service. She was able to market our home in a professional manner and sold it within a couple months.  She always kept in touch and she would reassure us that we had a home that would sell within the time she told us and at the price we were asking.  After we accepted an offer she was there for our home inspection, termite inspection and was in daily communications with us and the buyers agent.  There was even a delay in the final closing date but again she would always keep us informed with the process.  She even went and picked up our proceeds check and delivered it to us, as we were unable to get to the title company by closing time. 

As we were going through some issues with our jobs and health we decided to rent for a while to see if we wanted to stay in the Phoenix area.  When we got back into the market we let Linda do the looking for us.  She would send me e-mails daily trying to find that home we were looking for. During our several month search there were many indecisions on our part and it seemed like we would never find that house but she hung in there with us.  She would remind us that renting was throwing our money away and we knew she had made up her mind  that she was going to find us a house no matter what it took.

Well, we did find a wonderful home which met all of our criteria and she helped us through this process.  She was at the new home inspection, walk-thru and title company as we signed the final papers.  How much more commitment can she give, as we truly were a challenge to her and she is not a quitter!

Our relationship over the almost past year has been most rewarding for us.  She has been our realtor and friend.  We have shared many laughs and tears too.  But the bottom line is Linda has treated us with honesty, trust and most of all friendship.  We would  totally recommend her services to our friends and co-workers, knowing she would provide the top-notch service to them that she has provided us.  When the time comes for us to retire and if we decide to move back to the midwest we hope Linda will be available to sell our home.

In May of this year (2011) we sold our home in Sun City West, Az. and purchased and closed on another home on the same day in Sun City West. Above and Beyond our Expectations!

Linda Pollock is our daughter, so you'd expect us to be pleased with her helping to sell our home and purchase our new home as our agent! However, both my husband and I had been in real estate careers (myself in "new home" sales in Sun City West and my husband in the resale market) in the past and thought we knew all about it! We were amazed at the changes in the market, internet marketing that was imperative and the legal aspect of correct paperwork to assure a sale get's closed. Linda handled all of these changes in a professional and excellent manner! This was no easy sale for Linda in our age-restricted community with most of her open house visitors wanting a smaller home, maybe even only for part-time use and ours was a larger home on the golf course.
